Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
Shipping Method
We currently ship within the United States only via USPS Priority Mail.
- USPS Priority Mail: Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout
- Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more
We reserve the right to use an equivalent shipping service when necessary to complete delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days total, including processing time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@genesisbiomapping.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@genesisbiomapping.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or within 7 days of delivery if the package arrived damaged.
When contacting us about a damaged shipment, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the package and product, if applicable
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, or if the product arrives materially damaged, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
High-Risk Addresses
Orders shipped to PO boxes, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, or APO/FPO addresses are shipped at the customer’s risk. We may not cover losses, delivery issues, or claims involving these address types due to elevated delivery risk.
Returns, Exchanges, and Satisfaction Guarantee
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Customers should not send products back unless we specifically instruct them to do so.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Even though we do not accept returns or exchanges, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 60 days of the delivery date to request a refund.
If your request is submitted within this 60-day window and is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@genesisbiomapping.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Product name(s)
- A brief explanation of why you were dissatisfied
We may request additional information, such as photos of the product or packaging, in order to review and process your claim.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are available only for purchases made directly through our website. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases involving abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or requests submitted outside the 60-day period.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Final Sale Terms
All products sold by Genesis Biomapping are considered final sale for physical return and exchange purposes. This means:
- No product returns
- No product exchanges
- Full refund eligibility only under the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, if approved
Order Restrictions
All products sold by Genesis Biomapping are sold strictly for research use only and not for human consumption. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion where necessary to maintain compliance with our policies and applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
