No. Everything we sell is intended solely for laboratory and research use. It is not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration. Genesis Biomapping does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or instructions for human or veterinary use.
How do I find the COA for my vial?+
Every vial label has a batch number. Type it into the COA lookup or the search bar and you go straight to that lot's certificate. Older lots stay online, so labels already out there keep working.
How fast do orders ship?+
Orders ship in 1–2 business days with tracking by email. Standard is $8.99 and UPS or Fedex 2-Day is $14.99; US orders over $150 ship UPS or Fedex 2-Day free.
What if I'm not happy with my order?+
We don't accept returns or exchanges. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of delivery and, once approved, we refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Do you offer volume pricing?+
Yes. Bundle & Save takes 5% off 2, 7.5% off 3, 10% off 10 or more of the same product, applied automatically in your cart.
