Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays go out the next business day.
Where we ship: within the United States only. We don't ship internationally.
Options and prices: Standard is $8.99 and usually arrives 3–5 business days after it ships. 2-Day (UPS or FedEx) is $14.99 and usually arrives in 2 business days. You see the price for each before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Free shipping: 2-Day shipping is free on orders of $150 or more.
Tracking: every order is tracked. We email the tracking link when your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Address changes: we can change the address only before the order ships. Orders sent to PO boxes, freight forwarders or APO/FPO addresses ship at your own risk.
Lost, late or damaged packages: tell us about a lost or late package within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Tell us about damage within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the vials and packaging.
